It is a very stable job with great benefits and pay compensation.There is always room for promotion from within with education and hard work. If I had to give one negative about my job and I’m very hesitant to do it because the company helped me raise my family over the last 20 years. The hours required to work are great and never steady so it’s difficult to plan anything outside of work hours because you never know when your leaving. You have a start time but very long hours are nearly a daily occurrence
