Now that company is close but my advice to people hom want to work with elderly people that give them the respect they deserved and give love because they need it and don't work only thinking about the money because today are they tomorrow will be you mother or father or you self .

Be a loner, the job is lonely without a whole lot of support. You have your clients but your supervisors are hardly there to talk to and you don't get to interact with any coworkers ever.

Good people to work for need more hours to work but l Like picking my days work M-F and have the weekend off miss that

They will make sure you are satisfied if you are hired their they also take ever person that they hired is on point on every thing that they have explain to you while explaining the job to you so i would tell anybody to go work for Ropheka care

Ok since I've been working for Ropheka i have never made no mistake one thing about me wen it comes down to my working status I'm good with that i follow all rules tge5donts and dos, i always follow them so to be honest,i can't not5recall,of any mistakes i made
