The beautiful historic site, and broad spectrum of diverse work needing to be done. Many skills can be used. The other volunteers also living in RVs on site, were great. The manager and his wife who also live on site- were also great and we all remain friends, and are still working together after 5 years! We all were able to work at things we enjoyed. For the goal of making Hofwyl Broadfeild well maintained, and the best it could be.
