I worked at the Hilton garden inn off gateway st. in springfield it was all cool running GREAT! until they changed their management. Giving the reign's to a VERY unexperienced manager who begun hiring her friends/neighbors and replacing people who had been there YEARS! Demoting left and right to place her entry level friends a the chief/manager of each department. None of the higher up's care they're all entwined as good friend/family throughout the branch so nothing that needs to be addressed does. Everything to this day is just going down and down and down because of Esmerelda Hernandez. She is very insecure about her job so she tries to make others feel insecure about theirs by micromanaging each department breathing down everyones backs and lieing to your face about well pretty much everything! Super unprofessional during interviews. Not a place id work at again unless management was changed. One can only hope someone sees the truth. #sorrynotsorry
