The best part about working at #HiltonGardenInn was

I worked in the maintenance department. It was nice, you got to meet different people. The job was easy, if you knew what you were doing..Management was all over the place, they didn't know if they were coming or going. My particular manager was a racist, he despised muslims and African Americans his name was Conrad Lewis, if he is still there just watch out for him, he is full of crap!! He was the reason I quit, worked there for 9 years. There is no room for advancement, if you are of color.. Other than it was ok.. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

One of my coworkers said she liked coffee cups. I tagged her in one on social media, and she went to the manager with it saying that I was calling her stupid. Instead of any kind of investigation, the Assistant Manager called me in and fired me. They play favorites so much up there, it's impossible for anyone to communicate.

My advice to people interested in working at #HiltonGardenInn as a #RoomAttendant ...

Be ready to work fast. The time requirement is more than obtainable. Be dedicated, don't call out on a regular and try not to be late. Life happens, the supervisors understand this, but there comes a point when enough is enough. Also, have respect for your coworkers. Even though you are pretty much on your own, we still work as a team and rely on each other to get our jobs done.

Nothing at all. Management told me to quote "get out of my feelings". Despite the fact that several supervisors were calling people things like retarded, fat lazy asses, stupid, and blind just to name a few of the insults i heard thrown at employees . When I went to management over this issue they told me "that's just the way that person talks" .
