My advice to people interested in working at Highland is to always think positive even when you think the work is too much ask for help.

The biggest mistake I made at highland was working and being sikly thinking I could accomplish each task to be met each day. Not giving myself time to get well I am currently still not well but I am thankful that my fellow employees gave me a chance to work with my current situation.

Learning how to pass out eating trays at breakfast and lunch. The system in which they had set up was very confusing.

Staff never got angry they were very caring and thoughtful towards me.
