One thing I would have loved to have at #Harrah's Hotel and Racetrack Philly was
I really liked my job, but I would had loved to have a better health insurance.

My advice to people interested in working at #Harrah's as a #ShiftLeaderBuffet ...
Use it as a stepping stone for experience. Don't expose too much of your personal life because as soon as they decide they don't like you, they're coming for you. They don't care about what hardship you're gonna endure by losing your job. Focus on the job clock out and go home. #lessonwelllearned

The biggest mistake I made as a #ShiftLeaderBuffet at #Harrah's ...
Being too ethnic for what they're used to

Drama at #Harrah's
Harrah's cottles their employees and when you're in any Supervisory position they will unfairly evaluate you out if you're not a butt kisser. When you impliment policy and standard company procedures that inconvenience employees personal wants, they will falsely go to HR and get you fired or force you to quit before you get fired. Harrah's talks the talk but they don't walk the honest walk!!
