Hardee’s is a pain in my ass. I hate working their but I have no other choice but too.They give me very little days and very few days to week. They’ve literally had me off for like 5 days now and the customers their are very rude old people.They try to talk to me any kind of way with no respect at all and I have no other choice but to just sit their and take their disrespect.Moral of the story is that I hate my job and I can’t wait till I find another one

My most stressful day at Hardee's was Gameday in Auburn Al WARDAMEAGLE!!!was at drive thru window car lined down road an l panicked l couldn't get through it or so l thought but l did it was soooo hectic but we did it that was 1993 not many places there eat back then lt was a learning experince

Working short handed on night shift

I was making a frisco burger and without noticing there was a piece of plastic in it

i got along with everybody on the job and they also made sure everything got done.

Everyday that I work because there is so much drama between my co workers.

Nothing, I bearly get any hours, I can't even afford dollar store shoes with my paychecks, My co workers are always arguing and creating drama, certain managers don't do anything but talk on thier phones and stand around all day. It is aweful that is why i need a new job

Hardees is very fun to work at. However, being an employee of Hardees and is all you are. Just 1 employee. Not a team of employees. If you try to do or have any good helpful safe idea for anything they go out of their way to push you out the door. They are the shadiest corporation I have ever worked. They will tell you you have a team behind you but they mean they will push you into the line of fire to save their own skins. (Even on the littlest things) HAVE FUN THOUGH!!
