I kept myself motivated at #HamptonInn by

By continuing to understand that it is a customer appreciation service and making customers feel special to stay in a room that I cleaned or checked

The biggest mistake I made as a #GeneralManager at #HamptonInn ...

Apparently, according to the HR office, it was giving a person a chance to be productive after having a very shady background. And, this person was there for 6 months without any incident before corporate said NO due to a disgruntled former employee who called HR. It's sad that persons who have made mistakes in their past cannot get the opportunity to rehab back into the workforce.

One of the best perks at #HamptonInn was definitely

Making the guests stays enjoyable. Getting to know the "regular" guest and interacting with them
