The biggest mistake I made as a #Stitcher at #H.H.BrownBootCompany ...

Thinking if I worked hard enough I could move up in the company.

The biggest mistake I made as a #Installer at #H/HLandscapeManagement ...

The only mistake I could imagine making at H/H, would be the day I leave. I wish I started my landscaping career with them. As a whole, most of the employee's are good people. Its a large company with a few different divisions. I do hardscaping and have been for the last few years. I do help out in other areas when needed. The owner is personable, a family man, and appreciates hard workers. I don't think I've had a better boss ever. It took a year to find out what's expected of ya.

When I worked at #H&RBlock I gave great advice when

I was the franchise owner of the Dana Point office for eight years. We had hundreds of clients each year and we were able to help almost all of them.

Drama at #H&Rblock

Ignore the anger at the time. Try to calm them and explain my position. Discuss issues with supervisor.

What I loved working at #H&RBlock

I loved the office procedures and their professional responses. I loved the pay plan and bonuses. They gave good tax training.

I made working for #H&RBlock a good experience by

I enjoy seeing with my clients and being able to help them with their taxes. It is nice to be able to help them find ways that they might me able to save. I have some eye problems so am not able to drive in the dark. H & R block has been good about letting me schedule my work times so that I can get to and from work in daylight.

My advice to people interested in working at #H&KLLC as a #Cleaner ...

I would have to tell them if they're looking for work you should look in another company because the money is not worth the headache and if you have experience doing cleaning then you ain't going to get paid for what you're worth
