My advice to people interested in working at #H&RBlock as a #Officemanager ...
H&R Block is a good employer. They work with your availability. It is a seasonal position, so don't get disappointed if you don't work in the off season. They pay for your certification, once you pass the initial exam. They also offer multiple courses to stay updated with the state and federal laws. You can go far if you know how to study and apply the theories with the clients. It also helps if you like the retail culture, friendly customer service and remember that you are working to serve clients' needs. If you like to network and market outside the office is a huge plus for this company.

The hardest part of working as a #TaxAssociate/CustomerService at #H&RBlock
The hardest part for me was not being able to use my expertises to the fullest being an retired IRS employee because of H&R block certifications.I am a experience tax professional that have skills that can be very valuable to this organization. I would love to be an Enrollment Agent but the law with IRS is that I can't go for this until I have been retired at least 3 years. I retired in 2016 so I can't apply for that position until 2019.
