I’m looking for a leadership position in a manufacturing company, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, where I can leverage my 25 years of medical device manufacturing experience. I am a systems and data driven decision maker. People say that I am relentless in pursuit of team goals. I enjoy mentoring other energetic young leaders to get excited about the mission and objectives. I think I would be a good fit for any innovative fast growing company looking to reach a new level.

I think people quit good jobs because

They want to leave their bosses. Ordinarily I don't think people want to leave good jobs especially one with career growth, but I think they want to leave their bosses. I have had friends complain about the terrible attitudes of their bosses, they had no option but to leave the job.
