One thing I would have loved to have at #Brady Montain One Stop was
The Opportunity to grow with the company was never given because of individual owner set his staff with no opportunity to advance

I am certified and licensed to teach theatre and English in the State of Utah, and I am in the process of having my license transferred to the State of Maryland. My license has been active since graduating in 2011 from Utah Valley University, and I have been teaching constantly in that time. I love teaching and intend to retire from this great profession. After teaching theatre and English at Freedom Preparatory Academy for the last twelve years, my wife has accepted a promotion with the federal government, which requires us to move to Maryland–a move we are excited about. Before I move, I will be finishing the school year here at Freedom Prep to ensure a smooth transition for my students and to assist the school in finding a suitable replacement. I am sad to leave my students, my peers, the school, and the program behind, but I am excited to embark upon the next phase of my teaching career. When I arrive in Maryland, I hope to have secured a position at a high school where I teach theatre and/or English.
In my search for positions in Maryland, I have noticed that many public high schools do not offer theatre programs, and I would love to take a teaching position where I teach English and theatre at a school that does not yet have a theatre program. I have had huge success building a theatre program from nothing at Freedom Preparatory Academy. When I was hired in 2011, I had to build a program from scratch while teaching English and a handful of theatre classes. Over the years, I have created a thriving, successful program that offers a wide variety of classes; the number of annual productions I produce has increased from one to three, including an annual 10-minute play festival that features student-written, student-directed plays.
The safety of my students is my number one priority. Without a feeling of safety–physical, emotional, and social–students cannot learn effectively. I make my students feel safe through showing them that I am a caring adult who likes young people and wants to help them through the challenging years of adolescence regardless of their gender identity, color, ethnicity, religion, or anything else that makes them unique individuals deserving of love, respect, and equity. Although I maintain clear behavioral expectations with my classroom management style, I am approachable and friendly. My students trust me and know that my goal is not to criticize, but to lift, encourage, and inspire them to set free the wonderful person that dwells inside each of them. My focus is to figure out where a student is–no matter their experience or skill level–and help them rise to greater heights. I provide my students with a flexible learning environment, where they have a lot of choice; my rubrics and use of student self-analysis allows each student to experience an individualized learning experience in a safe, responsive classroom environment.
I employ a variety of skills and techniques in my teaching, including detailed rubrics, scaffolding, student-centered teaching, collaboration, backwards design, project management, adaptability, and many others I have learned and developed throughout twelve years of classroom experience and post-degree training. I am constantly seeking to improve my skills, lesson plans, and rubrics to make myself a more effective educator. In recent years, I have been focusing on collecting data to further enhance my teaching strategies.
I look forward to working with another great school where I can run a successful theatre program and/or teach English. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to arrange an interview. My principal, Matt Fullmer, is very supportive in my search for employment in Maryland and has offered to have someone cover my classes for me when I interview.

Hi!
I just moved to Madison with my spouse, from India. (A big move!) I am currently looking for opportunities in Global Mobility and International Relocation space. I have close to 7 years experience at Deloitte, Rio Tinto and Ernst & Young combined. I have worked on various work-streams like auditing multiple international compensation data sources for quality assurance, led coordination support across APAC region in terms of tax equalisation debts recovery and was responsible for operational resourcing.
At the end of the day, my job involves people. We’re complicated, we’re always changing and we have millions of things going on in our lives. This is why I like international relocation and global mobility and its functions as a societal tool that allows individuals/corporations to overcome assignee assignment management hurdles and accelerate growth.
There is a real person behind this profile, too! In my free time you might find me: doodling, trying my hands on photography, reading fiction, playing cricket with friends or doing laps in the swimming pool.

Experienced electrical engineer looking for growth opportunities in Testing, Repair,Debugging, Validation hardware installation and other technical areas where I can transform my knowledge, skill and experience into the success of the company.

I’m extremely dedicated to any job I am assigned, I currently work for a third party company that sets up inside of different stores. A lot of the time people get moved around to other locations for personal reasons or situations that have occurred. I have been in the same store since I started, minus the occasional shifts that I’d cover for others. I am the one “Senior Sales Associate” in my store, and they do consider this to be my store. I’m honestly looking to find a job where I can still make people smile everyday and have fun while doing so. I’d love to be able to express my creativity and passion for growth within the company.
I take anything I’m doing very seriously, and I’m very much a “Work smarter, not harder” kind of person. I have the ability to analyze situations, and know exactly what way to approach them in order to fulfill my obligations to that particular situation. This often leaves me with time to make sure that whatever I’m doing is completely done with not a single error, and I have found that is the best way for me to execute any task on a daily basis.
