Having life figured out
I understand at 22 years old I’m not going to have life “figured out”, but at 22 years old what was your situation? Did you outgrow it or are you still doing now what you were doing then? ❤️All love #Life

I'm a textile designer based in San Francisco. I'm interested in sustainability in textiles and fashion, and I'm looking for an exciting opportunity to grow my network and skills. Any leads would be great:)

How will working at Loyola University Health System help me grow a career?

Have you interviewed with them yet? A good question to ask them during an interview is to ask whether or not the position provides room for advancement. Otherwise, I’d think health, vision, dental insurance plus an IRA should be enough to accept the job!

I worked for a state University/healthcare facility and there were a lot of perks that went with that job. Often they will reimburse you for your continuing education as long as your grade point average is above a certain level. That can help you move into better paying jobs as you go along.

I have been a graphic artist for more than 10 years and still going. From image manipulation to vector designs I grew from Corel to Adobe and now getting a slight touch from blender (3D).
Ever since a kid, I always draw from scratch or most of the time redrawn images from cartoons, anime, and comics and made a version of my own. Sometimes I drew small clips from my Dungeons and Dragons Adventure Campaign until I got interested in T-shirt designs. From School Campus designs to Business logos and uniforms and souvenir designs from various clients locally or abroad.
With the aid of Digital Technology, I easily learn with my background I am earning lots of clients in and out. Improving my skills at every step, and learning more techniques and styles.
I always value my client and give them good outputs to meet their expectations, so I listen and ask a lot of questions I may encounter during the process. There may be some revisions and alterations but everything counts as an experience to learn and grow. Everything should be discussed to ensure the job could be done accordingly and I also do follow-up updates for queries to show work in progress.

Should I be not concerned because I don't speak Spanish?
I feel discriminated against because I don't speak Spanish? I am of a two or more mixed race and decided to take American Sign Language as my elective growing up because I have family with I am more than sign to. I was up for a HR position because I didn't speak Spanish.
There are lots of educational opportunities and free resources.
