Leaving work a hr early or more and run into some unexpected traffic or situation on the high way and you dont show up with in that 15 min window before your shift start but u show on time and you still get a write up.Thats very stressful when you tried your best and went over and beyond your efforts to make it to work at your expected time.Then your mangers talk to you like crap about why YOU didn't make on time.What a headache.

Some managers just aren't fit to be mangers, they dont pocess the quality of people skills, They are more like controll freaks and "Adult Brats" who only see things there way without any compassion or understanding for other peoples lives and situation.They dont know know how to communicate with people to get on there level to understand them.This is a must to have a happy staff and a successful team. This was my issue a my last grearclips.

Its family oriented.The great clips system is organized.And its well established.
