My stressful time is when they get unqualified managers when you've been there for quite a while and you know the routine they tried to change it and they screw everything up they want to take over to I think they know at all if they don't talking on my phone

You asked me what I love about working at Goodwill I don't they used to be a good place to work now all I think about is the bottom dollar I do not help people with disabilities they let you believe they do they get unqualified managers because I can't get the right people because they don't pay enough we get shift manager summer last one day summer last two days when they say what's involved it's not an easy place to work they expect a million dollars worth of work I want to pay you a dollar no manager is going to do that
