You have to be the pharmacy managers friend/cliche or it doesn't matter how hard you work you won't be accepted.

The pharmacy manager and pharmacy techs treated me like I didn't exist, I would walk in say good morning and be totally ignored by all three. When I gave my notice after over 2 years of this they told everyone that I just wanted to socialize, no I felt I deserved common courtesy. My customers I had no problems with.

I loved the driving and meeting all our customers. A lot of them have become good friends, some see me out and about and always stop and talk to you.
