Now that Marriott owns Starwood brands, I would recommend joining Marriott as the owner of Starwood brands. I worked 30 years for Starwood, and was made scapegoat and leave in order to make a corrupt owner happy! Guess Marriott will not do that . They support associates who dont violate standards of integrity, and do not let them go as Starwood did.

The experience is great and always count inventory every night because if you don't you may be missing items on the truck

Take my sound advice...........find a different and sane opportunity! This is NOT a place to add to your resume.....unless, you do not mind being micromanaged by the Senior Mother of the CEO (no clue on how to run a restaurant or more importantly....how to make it better!) Be wise and skip this one!!!!!
