The best thing I learned while working at the Geek Squad was not to trust the management. The district manager relied 100% on her...so called "team leaders," and the one I had the great misfortune of working for, was a sadist! He set his sights on me after I challenged his authority, and made my life miserable after doing so. I went on to much better things after leaving there.
