I started working for the school district and I really enjoyed working with others plus I didn’t know anyone there. After working there I realized that it’s all family Members or friends of friends. And it’s really sad that you would think that your going to move up in the school District without certifications that are required. And then when they tell you that you need them to move up and find out that other supervisors don’t even have the qualifications or certifications to have that position what more can you do. But move on to another paying job, with more pay. And trust me you do not get paid the right way. I do not feel proud anymore of #GCCISD
