I was hired as a fork truck driver then shipped to track assembly where I was thrown on a press with no training. HR was worthless. I wanted to move to first shift but they put a new hire in the spot, so I resigned. They want Cat quality at a McDonalds wage.

G-Force is owned by Goodwill and their mission was to help people with barriers to employment to get back into the workforce, such as persons with disabilities, and with felonies. Also, I was in charge of research and development which meant that I made the PCD ( process control document ) for all new parts.

When I was pushed up against a wall by a girl that said I was a threat to her relationship with her boyfriend. Yes, it hurt got a concussion and sprained my elbow trying to get away. She wanted to fight but I simply told her I don't fight people, it just doesn't solve anything it just makes things worse.

There is a lot of bullying. I'm not going to lie it's very difficult because of my anxiety and depression but I've learned to be myself no matter what, if someone says something it's because their jealous of you for being who you are.
