Continuing to work there after I got a taste of how they really are just push push push they sure try to hold it down without the pay for the push. Just yo-yo string you along until they've met there quota and I do mean the managers just as long as they bonus it's all good but the second you can't put in the 60 or 80 hour week you go on a shit list and from there you're pretty much headed out the door

My advice to people interested in working at #RKMechanical as a #Fitterwelder ...
Find a better company they start off and act as if they're high class promise you the world and then work you to death string you along until you're tired of their shit and then they just get rid of you they micromanage everything so if you're looking for a hassle-free hater free happy going atmosphere RK is not the place full of backstabbers always trying to move up
