they never gave me letter when I needed saying I work with them

#first-job I worked was at Western Sizzlin I had to get a workers permit at the age of 15 to work. I work there all through high school. I began as a cashier& I refill the salad bar and clean the lobby and prepped food.

The benefits, the union , and the work is the reason I stayed for 16 y

I enjoyed have to work as a team I had a lot of knowledge in the field and I enjoyed sharing my ideas an smarts with new hires and long time drivers I worked great without having a boss looking over me and trusting I knew what was expected I always went a bit above the call of my job and had no problem relating to others

It's a temp service that send you to different job that you need a job mostly warehouse work

You mean what made me move on! Deformation of character done too me by my base dispatch. Need I say more! Stay away. #advice

You really want to know.

The pay and benefits were better than anything else I could find. Being a Union shop also helps you feel like you are part of something. First Transit lost their contract where I worked because the general manager had an affair with a driver and the corporation would not replace him so the Union fought hard to get rid of him.

I devolved people skills , planning and organizing skills. I used my creative and performance skills. I've always had a strong work ethic. #jobsearch

The owner, Tim, does really care about his employees and greatly respects his aides. Can't really answer that question up there.
