I was attacked twice by the same co worker twice in a two year period. The first time i just backed away and when i got free from her i immediately called my director. We met with HR and literally nothing happened to her. A month ago this same person starting yelling at me again over a scheduling issue. I raised my voice back at her and now i am out of a job. This person is the sister of one of the VP at the hospital and is literally the worst employee ever. Constantly starting drama and conflict with everyone. Its all about politics and who you know. Doesnt matter if you are a great employee and did your job extremely well.

They do not value long term employees who dedicated themselves to making Firelands a better place. Will get rid of you for no reason at all. If an employee is related to a VP they can do no wrong and are allowed to break every rule and even endanger patient safety. If you value your privacy , working in a non hostile environment, and enjoying your work environment without the favoritism I would not recommend working here.
