I really loved working for #FedEx because...
Great Benefits and good pay but I was injured 5 times due to unsafe working conditions and when I was injured the Supervisor did NOT send me to Med Express or Urgent Care right away they asked me to finish the work day then go to the Doctor's Office.

Before your interview at #Fedex Ground make sure to...

I really loved working for #FedEx because...

To land a job at #FedEx I would make sure to...
...mention that you have had no driving infractions in the last 5 years and that you are physically able to unload items weighing up to 300 lbs. with no problems and lastly, show complete stoic confidence when told that 95-130 stops per day are normal. Freak them out and smile gleefully when they add that the busy season hasn't started yet and they recommend bringing a flashlight and sleeping bag to work......just in case. Do the aforementioned unremarkable things and you're guaranteed a job. Good luck and God Bless.

Something I learned at #FedEx Freight ...
Most days at work or chill. A great relaxed environment. Everybody has a friendly approachable attitude and willing to give advice. But i will say when it goes bad its all the way bad like a truck break down, wrong freight on trailer, damaged products, or even a incident / accident. #work

I really loved working for #Fedex Ground because...
I like my job it is a normal atmosphere and it's peaceful it's work through as it's hard and paced. However everyone does there work no one leaves things left to finish without putting in all that they have into there work it's 100 percent jumping in working to get lt done. It's tiring but it pays. Besides I get to leave to go outside to unload. So I like it.

What made me stay at #FedEx Freight was
I was home every night or day depending on what bid I was on. I didn’t want to stay at all, I figured 2-3 years and get out of trucking all together. 25 years later and a bad back is why I wanna get out now.

I wish my job @ #FedEx had... a union.
FedEx freight is not the place for anyone if they want advance. You'll be in the same position for 15 years before you even considered for a mgmt position. You can't stick to your job responsibilities they will have you do things that are not part of your job. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

My advice to people interested in working at #FEDEX ...
I would say that it is very fast paced. Everyone has been very helpful. They care about there employees. No question is stupid.
