My advice to people interested in working at #FDR as a #ProductionWorker ...
Look elsewhere, in the summer time it gets up to 130 degrees in there. They pay is not worth what is expected of you.

The biggest mistake I made as a #ProductionWorker at #FDR ...
Deciding to work there.

Look somewhere else. Unless they replace the GM, they will never be able to keep ppl working there. Slot of turn over

What I loved working at #FDR
My coworkers were awesome, with the exception of one or two people but thats to be expected. The GM was horrible, said I wasn't fast enough after being on a machine for a few hours. He has hia favorites but has no idea how to run a company of that size. He also said it was mandatory to work over time. He disnt give you a choice.

What made me stay at #FDR was
I didnt stay because the GM said I wasnt fast enough. I had only worked there for 6 days. After I got the hang of it and kept up, he put me on a different machine and my first day on it said I wasn't fast enough again. I walked out after that. He is racist and has his favorites, no doubt ask anyone who has worked there.
