Remember that you are going to work for a locally owned and operated home health agency that has been around for over 20 years. They are good at what they do and they know it. There is no need to have new or innovative ideas while working there. You will only be wasting your inspiration in that respect. The owners are very generous to those who go the extra mile and put in the work. Prepare yourself to work with some very young inexperienced individuals as well. The owners are all about giving young people a chance so they can hopefully mold them into the perfect employee. Not a bad place. Just didn't turn out to be right for me.
