When I worked for Exela Technologies from 2016 to 2022., When I came to the company they were Novitex., A year later they became Exela in 2017., At Exela, I was a Customer Service Representative for 5 years., In Nov. 2021 I was a Mail Processor for 8 months. I learned the front counter to assist The George Washington University students in locating their packages, shelving packages, looking up their packages, and processing their packages. I assist the GW students, faculty/staff, residents, and public. I worked with an Excellent Supervisor Mr. Kevin Griffith And co- workers., I worked for 5 years., Until June of This year 2022., I left to make a career change., I learned Excellent Customer Service skills and Mail Experience., I learned the Mail for the past eight months. I learned how to process packages in the back. I identified, sorted, delivered, and etc.
