Hi everyone, I'm new to job case but wanted to share with you this resource. I've been an executive assistant for 30+ years, was laid off but have had some really spectacular interviews, however I'm not landing any job offers. I'm on a personal journey to figure out if I want to do this same type of work or if I would really like to do something different. I thought I would share the book that I am reading to find out where I'm at and where I want to go. If you have a curious mind like me that's great, and if you're not into that's ok as well. Best wishes!

I refused to fill out some company evaluation questionnaire because I felt managers were coercing employees to file positive reviews. Since then, the warehouse center manager has been changing my routes everyday then pulling me into the office because I was running one hour over the allotted delivery time. I know he’s going to give me a corrective action next time it happens which I’m not going to sign. Can I report this as harassment?

I’ve had some awesome reviews in the past that I want to add to my job searching tools. Is there a common process to request this info from previous employers?
