I wanted to work at #Ess because they staff substitue's in Vineland where I have been working for almost ten years. I also like that they pay weekly.

I like working with children in the school setting.

Work culture is important because it at #Ess

Ess is the worst company I have ever worked for. In orientation they made it sound really good. They promised paid holidays, paid vacation, periodic raises etc and lived up to none of it except one week paid vacation after a year. If you work for them ten years it's still the same pay and one week vacation. Also the management are a joke with no experience or training, very disorganized and unfair in enforcing the rules.
