If your looking to get paid a decent wage this isn't necessarily the company to work for. Their cheap asses! You may be lucky wnough to possibly get a government or federal building to work in thay pays 11 or 12 an hour but for the most part you will be working account that pay 10 bucks or less an hour which is cheap crap. There are cleaning companies out there in the madison area that pay way better than that.

They are totally cheap! Cheap equipment, cheap wages, they rush you on routes, etc. Your better off working for a different company besides them. They are an ok company to start working for in order to get your foot in the door but not a company you want to work for very long time with. On top of that there is always constant change of staff with area managers, people at the office, and supervisors. Nothing stays the same.
