Wow, in looking at the posts on here there are a lot of 50 year old and up people who can't find a job. This is sad but if you can't find someone to hire you with the wealth of knowledge that you have why not start your own business. Is there anyone on here that knows how to start a business? Why not create a business for older employees. Who would be interested? Who would want to work for this type of company? Who has skills to get this started? Who would like to contribute their knowledge to this type of venture? Why not use the knowledge that we all have and create something that would be beneficial to everyone involved. I BELEIVE THAT PEOPLE MEANING FELLOW JOBCASERS . THEY STILL WANT BETTER PAYING JOBS , NEED HELP GETTING SPONSORED OR GETTING A CAREER FINANCE, WANT TO OPEN THIER OWN BUSINESS AND I DONT HAVE TO TIE THEM TO A BUSINESS LOAN , INSTEAD A CREDIT LINE THAT WAY SOMETHING HAPPENS THIER BUSINESS WONT BE AFFECTED. PLUS THEY NEED FREE INTERVIEW SKILLS, FREE RESUME SKILLS, MEANING IF THEY ARE FREE YOU CAN CREATE A NEW ONE FOR EACH JOB YOU GO TO THAT IS MORE TOWARDS THE JOB YOUR APPLYING . OR THEY WANT LEGITIMATE LEGAL WORK FROM HOME JOBS. I BELEIVE THEY NEED TO MAKE MORE MONEY OR AT LEAST ENOUGH TO MAKE A DECENT LIVING PAY RENT PAY BILLS ETC: AND THEY NEED GOOD CREDIT WHICH I DO THRU CREDIT IMPROVEMENT PROFILE NOT CREDIT REPAIR THAT COST TOO MUCH USUALLY AND 50% IS SCAM AND THE 50% THAT IS NOT CLIENTS OR CUSTOMERS ARE NOT TOLD IT TAKES TOO LONG REALLY TO GET YOUR CREDIT SCORE TO HAVE ANY AFFECT RIGHT AWAY FOR PURPOSE OF CREDIT INTENDED. PLUS IT COST ALOT AND MOST CREDIT REPAIR NOW CAN BE DONE FREE . THE DISPUTING FORMS ARE FREE AND YOU CAN DISPUTE ANYTHING YOU WANT . WHETHER TRUE OR NOT THATS THE GIMMICK OF MOST ALL CREDIT REPAIR COMPANIES. i beleive all americans and jobcasers any age want these basic needs. i raised 5 daughters 2 were step daughters which to me they are my daughters. my whole premise in life was to get them educated and get them in a position in life to be financially independent . IM VERY PRO WOMEN PRO EDUCATION AND PRO FOR WOMEN TO BE FINANCIALLY INDEPENDENT . 5 OF 5 I SAW THEM THRU FROM KINDERGARDEN THRU COLLEGE . i played santa klaus , i was pta president pta janitor hall monitor detention volunteer and all types of parent teacher volunteer. 3 got master degrees 2 got bachelors . I WANTED THEM TO BE INDEPENDENT AND NOT CO DEPENDENT ON SOMEONE IN THIER LIFE THAT WOULD MISTREET THEM OR DEMAND FROM THEM OR TRY TO CONTROL THEM BECAUSE THEY COULDNT FEND FOR THEMSELVES ESPECIALLY MONEY WISE. ONE EXHUSBAND EVEN TOLD ONE OF MY DAUGHTERS ONCE HE GOT HIS HIGH LAWYER JOB , ITS ME OR THE DOG AND its sad to say she gave that rescue dog away and yet we all know the GUY LEFT ANYWAY . the great thing is GOD IS GOOD i prayed when she called crying hurt for the husband of course more for the dog. well god made it happen two weeks later the dog was return due to the child in the new family was allergic to the dog hairs im happy to report i shipped the dog to my daughter up to new york from texas and they been happily everafter. ; the whole point is jobcasers WE ALL NEED BASIC HELP TO GET GROUNDED OR WHAT I CALL ESTABLISH IN LIFE . I AM CREATIVE IN THAT WAY . I PUSH THE ENVELOPE OF KNOWING THERE ARE MANY CREATIVE WAYS TO DO THINGS REMEMBER ONE THING EVEN THE HOMELESS HAVE SOME TYPE OF CREDIT GOOD OR BAD AND THEY DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO USE THAT TO THIER ADVANTAGE. THATS WHY I DONT EVEN CHARGE TO IMPROVE THE CREDIT PROFILE OF PEOPLE AT TIMES. IN AMERICA YOU CAN NICKLE AND DIME YOURSELF TO SUCCESS. ITS WHAT I TEACH AND DO FOR PEOPLE . I HELP MY DAUGHTERS GET EDUCATED NOW I WANT TO HELP ANYONE OUT THERE ESPECIALLY SINGLE MOMS SINGLE WOMEN AGES 17& ABOVE WITH DIRECTION FREE COUNSELING ETC ONLINE PHONE ETC. HOW TO GET STARTED CREATIING THE BEST OPPORTUNITIES FOR THEMSELVES INCLUDING THE ELDERLY . NO WORRY ABOUT AGEISM OR RACE OR FAT OR SKINNY OR NO SUCH THING AS UGLY NO DISCRIMINATION OF BEING TALL OR SHORT TINY . JUST PEOPLE WANTING A DECENT GOOD PAYING JOB OR CAREER:

The hardest part of working as a owner of a business is it's never ending. A seven day a week job. There are other people to consider, as they depend on you. I could go on and on, but that is only a part of the job. Most of the hard parts can be taken care of by a paid advisor. Being an owner means you need to be available at the business, make yourself visible. Let people know you not only are the owner you OWN .
