Make it known what your level of Professionalism is don't believe that because you presented them with a Resume`that it is gonna be used in your Salary consideration. Know that they make you wait 6-9 months before you are eligible for position consideration. They aren't above using you for tips(ideas to be presented to the Owners for bonuses) the Supervisors/Trainers won't tell you about the bonuses that are due you and they steal checks. Harrassment in the workplace sexual and otherwise is the chief reason why they have such a high turnover rate. SCR has been a major contributor to the Southside of Chicago Workforce since 1986 and is another reason their payscale was below rate. A Drivers Position with A CDL IN HAND ALREADY pays $16 at other companies. They initial gave $10, based off another position that was $40,000 yearly and for the Six almost Seven months I was there I made $20,000, someone can't count. I had A Years School Bus Driving Record that paid $13.49(2011/2012), before coming to SCR and they claim comprehensive salary, $10 is An Aide's pay. And they undercutting some of the Employees when it comes to promotion scales. Some come in at $16 and once promoted to Dispatchers, Coordinators , Road Supervisors, or othe jobs they receive that $18+ that an Experienced Driver is to receive. It is undestandable that SCR's owners had to negotiate a contract with Chicago Public Schools in order to pay your Employees but off of a $60-$100 contractual Agreement per vehicle, and both the Driver and Aid have to be paid, they should be compensated. Why I am I receiving the short end of the pay scale?! I was there unless I already given notice of Doctor's Appointments, I kepted my personal conflicts to a minimum and I was not interested in dating one of the sexual harassing Trainers, or wanted to be part of the crowd. Be aware, that your lack of being a mattress, or not allowing yourself to be used will end your Employment--along with one tap(fender bender) that caused no damaged to a Company Vehicle, because someone wanted your Route and Hours.

Accepting the rate of pay contract and believing that everything would be corrected via Annual Review, thieves abide in this Company and they need an Audit of their Accounting Department, The Family Nepotism is horrible here, and should be challenged.
