I would tell anyone that wants to work at Downstream to take the job and continue your search. The work experience is necessary. However you will find, the leadership is extremely toxic. When the top management leadership is voted out of office, I believe Downstream may once again be a fantastic place to work and have a career.

The biggest mistake I made while working at Downstream was not accepting people of lesser skill, lesser pay, someone not of management could have a "Special" relationship with the chairman. Unfortunately, a petite pretty blonde female wielded the powers of abuse easily due to her "Special" relationship with the chairman. It happens, It is unfair, be aware of these women.
