I've been a licensed cosmetologist for 7 yrs, and I have lost my passion. After having my first child, and currently pregnant with my second I have found a love for being in the kitchen. I've been a home baker now for about 3 years, and I'm having a hard time finding a baking job that doesn't require prior work in a bakery. For example I applied for dunkin donuts and I got an email saying I didn't meet the qualifications. I know I would do great if I had the opportunity....The struggle is real ya'll.

Yippy skippy I got Hired
I am so happy that after 2 months of job hunting I finally got hired for a full time position at Dunkin Donuts. I may have taken a big pay cut, but at least I am back to work. So as I end my job search I would like to wish everyone still looking the best of luck and hang in there. Just remember that this to will pass. Good luck my friends.

What made me leave @ #DunkinDonuts was
Workplace harassment. I had been there from the opening day of the store and through my whole year and a half, I was constantly harassed. Reported it to 3 managers and both owners of the store. It was never reported or actions not taken. The woman kept the job and even advanced to store manager which is why I quit. It was utterly ridiculous that someone who has had multiple harassment complaints and evidence from other employees, got to become a store manager. She was never reported and I am still considering taking legal action for illegally not reporting workplace harassment.
