Helping customers with finding products and cashing them out and hoping their shopping experience was good. Organization and cleaning and being able to get a paycheck and feel like I wasn't looking for a hand out and being a lazy worker.

If you don't mind working very few hours, possibly as a second job, or one for someone in school, it is great. But hours gets squeezed out without any reason given, leaving any bills you may have piling up.

You have to be a very patient soul to work long term for Dollar tree. Very fast paced and extremely busy. Be prepared to complete long tasks efficiently and promptly while helping customers at the same time. Ready for very unique customers is a must.
