To land a job you MUST...be promp, dress appropriately, have a good attitude, know how to solve issues with customer professionally and efficiently, have patience and love working with people.

I loved my job at Dish Network. My experience as an overseas operator with AT&T allowed me to do my job more efficiently. I've always loved working with people and it gave me such joy to be able to resolve any issues the customer may have. It gave me a sense of satisfaction and gratification within myself to be able to assist in every way possible.

My advice to people interested in working at #DishNetwork as a #Student ...

I would tell them to not work there, though I did like my career while there, it was because I mainly enjoyed the people I worked with. Upper management doesn't pay attention the employee concerns until its too late, or something has forced a changed. The company doesn't really give raises bases off experience or performance but rather personal feelings. It would a great place to learn the ropes of the satellite business but would advise to move forward with advancement elsewhere.

The biggest mistake I made as a #CSRTechSupport at #DishNetwork ...

Making a inappropriate joke. It got me fired.

DISH & SLING adding 100 Tech jobs to Denver, CO..

Any current or former DISH employees in this community able to share a little more info on the company? There's a new office planned to open before this summer in downtown Denver and I think this might be a good career change for me if I can't find anything to pay the bills by then.
