I love what I do....who gets to fluff pillows, make suggestions in colors, fabrics and styles that make people happy??? Not many. However, it has not been a money maker and as I am approaching near retirement, I have to make some hard career decisions.
Doing something different
Fitness has always been a passion of mine. I love helping others reach there fitness goals. With the growth of social media I'd love the opportunity to grow my fitness business and develop my brand in this ever changing ever expanding market.
If there's anyone out there that's looking for a change and would like to do something different and help me build a brand that can impact are communities. Thank you for any suggestions or advice in making this a reality.

I have numerous experiences, even abroad. However I am an artist and want to put my skills to work in designing mosaics for home and office.
Conflicted
I had a job interview back in early November for job (according to the description) that I like. During the interview process I asked all about the job and what day to day tasks were like. It seemed like the perfect company and fit for me. I ended up getting the job and started January 2 of this year.
As training went on, I came to the realization that the job is not like the description. (I was under the impression that I would be designing things and instead it more analytical and very repetitive work) I get my work done but I'm not happy with my decision in accepting this job. It's not in the field I want to be in nor am I doing things that I thought I would. I have spoken to my HR department and asked if there were any openings In the design department they said no. Ive talked to a few friends and family and all have suggested I stay with the job for at least a year. I don't want to quit due to just completing training and I'm just getting my health insurance and it's an income to pay the bills.
I haven't had many jobs in the past, but I have always found a way to make the best of were I was working. I can't seem to do that here. I'm really thinking about looking for another job but I think about how it won't look good on my resume to see a job for only a few months. I know in you career you aren't going to like every job. I'm just not sure what to do.

I am an italian civil engineer with a large experience in: landscape, urban plans, architecture, interior and industrial deisgn. I was director of work for all my 10 realized buildings. Since the begin of my carrier, I was mostly of time a freelance. On 2009 in my Country started a big crisis and the builiding sector was touched a lot. The last 4 years i remain withotu clients at all. Now I am looking for an work place in the world. I am ready to relocate everywhere.
