I used to believe in that company here in our town they do a lot to promote and train but the structure is a little backwards the HR director is the owner's best friend and she has a huge chip on her shoulder and fired me very unfairly I've never had a write-up I've never been on a disciplinary action plan I was never told what I did wrong to correct it I was even told by board of directors that she's a bully she demoted me transferred me and within a month fired me one of the board of directors said it's because she didn't feel like I respected her enough now mind you I was in a team member I was an assistant general manager and have nothing but compliments by everyone who's ever seen me in action and I produce results I don't even know what to do about it I've been literally affected my confidence is a little shaken
