Just to let you ALL know! The lack of employment can assist with depression ( sleepless nights, heightened sleep apnea( those whom are overweight and already experiencing a lack of sleep, they probably suffer from such so unemployment makes it much worst); try to eat well! I'm not a dietician, however, I am a therapist who has learned and taught much( self-help skills, dietary, hygiene, parenting skills, plus more! I know its difficult to eat right when you are unemployed, ( been there, done that!)however, its a must! Research your nearest food pantry( don't allow pride to stop you from taking care of self/ family). In order to attend each and every interview, one must take care of SELF to remain strengthened! Depression can make you: eat too much, not eat enough, drink too much alcohol, use drugs, sleep too much, not sleep enough, plus more! DONT allow your lack of employment assist with depression!

I am a 35 year old woman that's been dealing with depression for quite some time now and it's really starting to affect my work. I love people but when it come to work I just want my work and I don't want call or interact with no one on the phone or face to face. I have moments of isolation but I need to work. What kind of job would be best for me? I also love to create and design things and I'm well organized. I've worked in retail, credentialing, payroll, in a computer lab, health care, fingerprinting, H.R and over 15years of customer service experience.
