we learn from our mistakes. Although I have not made major mistakes since I plan everything ahead. There is once where has to do with making customers disappointed, I still remember it now

Although there are ups and downs. I never take it as stress rather as challenges and life learning lessons. Just take one day at a time and if we can fix it great if not what is the point of taking stress. Stress is not good

There is always up and downs at work and it really depends on individual how to handle it. I always use the method " where treat others the way you wanted others to treat you" and that everyone deserves to be happy and treated well. I am generally kind, compassionate and humble person. That helps a lot on how to deal with wide range of customers I encounter everyday.

Cvs is a fast paced work environment where top customer service is highly motivated and that have met so many nice people and some became friends while others just tell their stories etc

No a good company to work for it's who u know and upper management is racially prejudice
