My advice to people interested in working at #HighmarkInc as a #CustomerServiceAdvocate ...
It's a decent company to work for if you can make it past the 1 year of entry level customer service....it is the WORST job. Period. The supervisors and managers are cool, but the job itself, VERY stressful.
