Customer Service

What I learned. Listen with interest. Look eith interest, at the person your listening to you will start to notice facial nuances during the conversation. Those nuances will be an indicator for your responses. The same will work with phone conversations. Instead of wacthing listen, listen with interest and carefully for changes in tone and speech patterns. Smile, nod, sit with interest. People notice your body language, facial expressions and voice tone.

Event Coordinator

The client was not pleased with some of the services rendered, so we compensated her with another complimentary event!! She was very pleased~ & her, her family, and friends all became clients!!* (That's what you call GREAT customer service) We all have slip ups, but you can ALWAYS bounce back!!*~
