DO NOT WORK THERE!!! They play with hours I been working there for 3 months and only worked 1-3 times a month literally!!! Bill cursed me out over pay issues he confused himself then shared my confidential information to his wife who then expressed it at a movie screening we working this company is no good if someone at BBB could seriously look this company up there are dwindling people out of work and racial choosing others based on color and race it's rude and the Field manager bill is racist he cursed me out in front of my kids and wife who will all attest to what he said worst company I'm working for right period but because of the economy I have to take what I can get even if it's once a month

The people I worked with were a team and pulled together to get things done

There were light moments but we took care of business every day.

We were working on a repair boat for the winter, we had a huge access cut into the side of the boat working in the engine room... The morning started out real well, got the parts lined up for work, safely moved in with the equipment needed to move and after lunch, BOOM get slammed by heavy winds and blowing snow... the access was open, the tarp we had placed to cover the access ripped wide open and here me and one other worker had to fix this tarp with all that's going on... need less you say it just became that much longer of a day... after 16 hours of work and closing everything up, we felt accomplished and worn out!
