I'm having a hard time finding a job due to my past criminal history. It's very discouraging and I just wish some employer would give me a chance to prove myself! Any feedback?

I downloaded the app and went through those steps. They gave me clearance, I came off the waitlist, I delivered for over a month, then my background check came through with a six year old misdemeanor and they deactivated me 😖
