What happens when you get the job & then this big FELON pops up cuz they over looked it one time and boom there it is a second time
Did ten years straight had no problem getting jobs plus you can get a trade in welding and most weld shops ain't trippin

Harbor Freight hires and as long as it is on your application it shows your not trying to hide anything.They also allow folks who are on work release still finishing up their time.
Imagine Printing also hires. So I'm pretty sure there are a lot of companies that will hire as long as you qualify for the position.
Every company performs background checks and most include credit checks.

The best way to answer this question. Be honest. It’s the best policy. And chances are, they already know. I suggest an answer of, ‘I made a mistake and paid the price for it, along with learning how and why I did what I did. I was able to grow, while putting that incident behind me, while never forgetting it, as a reminder to be better. Today and for some time now, I am a better person. I am always hopeful that my mistake and some intentional acts, with growth, will allow me to move on and others learn that I am trustworthy and worth taking a chance on. Not everyone will and I’ve also learned to live with that, as well as learn from it, and, that bad choices doesn’t always go away easily.
