It does not remove all felonies like murder, rape, and seriously violent crime’s. Everyone has a right to work and no one knows what was going on when a person broke the law and did their time. Some committed crimes in a desperate time others did it because they didn’t know any other way. I hope humanity can turn itself around and become United not DIVIDED any longer.
