What I loved the most about cracker barrel was the adrenaline that was running through my veins. I had to keep going without stopping. Also the way my smile satisfied most customers and the small compliments as well that was my motivation. As long as the compliments and laughs kept coming I was relieved.

The biscuits, dumplings, cornbread and the pinto beans are made from scratch. Every year for Thanksgiving I had to make 2000+ pies and almost as many for Christmas. All pies except the pumpkin are made from scratch
