Before your interview at #Cox Transportation make sure to...be honest
Great company to work for and great job and environment.

I wish my job @ #Cox Communications had...
Cox is a money hungry company. They lie to customers. They don't give them the best available discount. They keep asking employees to upsell for "revenue" gains which is profit for them and don't guarantee agents commissions at the end of the month so they make the extra profit and then again profit again by making it hard for agents to get their money. It's one of the worst experiences I've had in a profession. Felt as if I was in the sales department. The more I discounted the account the less I was guaranteed a better payout. Systems crash everyday as well. Their prices are really high as well.
