I worked for cpi since 1991 a family owned business i,believed i would spend my life career there. However the last year the shop foreman which doesn't have leadership skills . Let sn unqualified idiot began inspecting welds which has no clue about asme codes .itried to stick it out for over a year i now come to realize quality has progressively gotten worse . , this situation has forced me to begin the process of moving on . I would not recomend any professional welder to apply .
